Emergencies and Out of Hours
Emergencies and urgent patients will always take priority. During opening hours we will ask you to bring your pet straight to our Truro branch after triaging the problem over the phone.
We run our own out of hours service during the week.
If your emergency occurs out of normal opening hours you will still need to call our normal telephone number, 01872 223400 and it will go straight through to our on-call vet on a weekday night.
If the vet is already dealing with an emergency, call again so they can help you with your emergency once they are free.
There is a surplus charge for out of hours emergencies so please be aware of this
At the weekends, MiNightVet in Falmouth will take our phones.
