Chris graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 1995. After 18 months of working in mixed practice in Pembrokeshire, he decided to work purely in small animal practice and spent 12 years working in various practices in Farmborough. In 2008 he bought the practice and moved to Cornwall.
He has an interest in exotics including reptiles and birds, having kept a variety of reptiles in the past and having his own falcons and hawks at home. In his spare time he practices falconry, works his Brittany Spaniel ‘Billy’ and spends his weekends working at home on his small holding with his two children.
Chris works quite closely with the charity ‘Countryside Learning’, often volunteering at their estate days in London and Leeds where he gives talks to the children about being a vet, although they are usually more interested in having a cuddle with Billy!
